This new administration facility brings YVFWC’s staff of about 180 onto a single campus in Zillah, Washington. Zillah has a “Tuscan” theme which coincides with YVFWC’s primary exterior design goals. A large scale building broken down into a small scale village built around a central courtyard. The site is about 26 acres, 12 of which will be developed.
